By accessing or using Find Your Size — the website or the browser extension — you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. Our Privacy page explains how we handle your data and is part of these Terms by reference.

Find Your Size is a free tool that suggests a clothing or footwear size based on measurements you provide and general size charts, plus fit feedback shared by other users. It’s available as a website and as a companion Chrome extension that mirrors your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Find Your Size. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you’re between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm you have a parent or guardian’s permission.

You can use most of Find Your Size — entering measurements and getting a suggestion — without ever signing in; that data stays in your browser. Signing in with Google is optional and only needed to sync your measurements across devices. If you choose to sign in, you’re responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for anything that happens under your account. If you use guest mode, you’re responsible for your own browser data — if you clear your browser storage or switch devices without signing in, your saved measurements won’t carry over, and we can’t recover them.

Measurements, labels, brand fit feedback, and reviews you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to store and use that information to operate and improve the service — including using aggregated, de-identified fit feedback to make suggestions more accurate for other users. You’re responsible for making sure what you submit doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.

Find Your Size gives a general size estimate based on the measurements and size charts available to it — not a fit guarantee. It does not use AI or machine learning; suggestions are computed with a straightforward, rule-based comparison against general size charts, so results are only as accurate as the measurements you enter and the chart data we have for a given brand. Brand sizing, garment cuts, materials, and individual retailer charts vary. Always check the retailer’s own size chart before buying, and treat our suggestion as a starting point. We’re not responsible for purchases made based on a suggestion.

Find Your Size relies on Supabase for hosting, database, and authentication, and on Google for optional sign-in. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Find Your Size is provided free of charge, on a best-effort basis. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may change, limit, or discontinue features — including the extension — at our discretion, with or without notice.

Find Your Size does not currently display advertising or include affiliate links. We may add either in the future. If we do: affiliate links will be clearly marked as such where they appear; any sponsored or promoted brand placement will be labeled as sponsored; and no payment from an advertiser, affiliate partner, or brand ever changes which size we suggest to you. Any purchase you make through a link on Find Your Size, including an affiliate link, is a transaction between you and that retailer — we’re not a party to it, and Section 14 (Limitation of liability) applies to it the same as any other use of the service.

The Find Your Size name, logo, and the design, code, and content of the website and extension (other than data you submit) belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, in particular the Acceptable Use section. You may stop using Find Your Size, or delete your account, at any time from the Your measurements page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law — continue to apply after your access ends.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SUGGESTED SIZE WILL FIT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Your Size and its operator won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages from a purchase made based on a size suggestion. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to USD $100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities — in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows, and some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, or violation of someone else’s rights.

These Terms are governed by generally applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you’re a consumer residing in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer-protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits the protections you’re entitled to under those laws.

We may update these Terms as Find Your Size changes. We’ll post the new “Last updated” date at the top when we do. Your continued use of Find Your Size after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
